This Safety Minute introduces Stop Work Authority (SWA) and every employee’s responsibility to speak up when unsafe conditions or actions are identified. Participants will learn when to stop work, how to follow the five-step SWA process, recognize warning signs and hazards, communicate safety concerns, and ensure hazards are corrected before work resumes. The course reinforces a safety culture where preventing injuries always takes priority over production or schedules.
