This comprehensive online course provides the theoretical knowledge necessary for safe and effective operation of front-end loaders and their attachments. Participants will learn essential topics including machine components, balance and stability principles, operating techniques, inspections, load handling, and regulatory requirements under 29 CFR 1910, 1926, and 30 CFR 46/48. The course also covers environmental responsibility, equipment maintenance, and job site safety—including pedestrian awareness, communication, and hazard control. Emphasis is placed on recognizing and mitigating unsafe work behaviors to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards. This program fulfills the classroom portion of front-end loader operator certification; all required hands-on practical evaluations must be completed in person at a later date. A certificate of completion is automatically issued upon successfully passing all quizzes and the final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
