This Reasonable Suspicion: Signs and Symptoms Training for Supervisors course provides FMCSA-compliant instruction for supervisors responsible for identifying and responding to potential drug or alcohol use by CDL drivers. Designed to meet the requirements of 49 CFR ยง382.603, the course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize behavioral, physical, and performance indicators of substance misuse; properly document observations; and initiate reasonable suspicion testing while protecting driver rights. Through practical scenarios, role-playing, and real-world examples, supervisors will gain confidence in making defensible decisions and maintaining full DOT compliance.
